Fully Automated Production Line
Kanwal Enterprises boasts of a fully automatic production line equipped with CNC and DNC machines, working through Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM), as programmed in either of C or Automatically Programmed Tools (APT). The process in CAM include computerized scheduling of tasks or intermediate processes after consideration of process optimization. It also provides for setting alternate production route in case of altered specifications, and failure etc.
Recently, KE has also introduced Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) in its production facility, which, also counts for documentation of all the processes, and specifications in high capacity data storage devices.

Integrated WAN and LAN
Kanwal Enterprises features local area network (LAN) which assures effective and efficient communication and information sharing among the elements of intra-organizational structure.
