This unit also comprises of a digital pleat counter with marking device, which has a gathering table with adjustable heigsht. The maximum width of adhesive layer is 950 mm, while the adhesive applicators pleat depth is 65 mm. The machine is provided with rubber coated rollers for uniform spreading of adhesive. A limit switch is provided to adjust the motion according to the height of the paper pack, which is monitored and controlled by a control panel.
